Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, hair oil and other beauty products cannot be returned once opened or used.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
